1) Accounts Associate - manage financial and accounting operations
Bookkeeping
• Collection of receipts
• Receipt arrangement / provision (company / personal card)
• Receipts, invoices, and sales records
• Update of bookkeeping rules (Organization of bookkeeping subjects)
• Bank Transfer
• Other Bookkeeping related work
Invoice
• Issuance of Invoices
• Sending invoices
• Accounting reconciliation
• Sending reminder emails
• Other Invoice related work
2) Back Office Assistant - oversee administrative operations and act as a personal Assistant to MD
• Personnel/Affairs
• Payroll calculation / MPF support
• Response to letters from Banks
• Response to letter from the Government
• Other Back office related work
Job Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting roles
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Native level in Cantonese and proficient level in English and Mandarin
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• We expect someone who is flexible with patience and can accept working overtime
• Those with MNC work experience is an advantage
