Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible to prepare monthly consolidated financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information
Lead the team to complete month end and year end account closing, and report to HQ
Managing the accounting department in Hong Kong
Provide support to other Asia Regional Subsidiaries if necessary
Budget and Financial Control, Financial Analysis to facilitate the senior management team decisions
Responsible for entrust of accounting business from other Asia Regional Subsidiaries in Hong Kong and Taiwan
Responsible for statutory audit and tax filing
Contribute to developing and enhancing operational internal controls, accounting processes and compliance
Liaise with external auditors, bankers, legal and tax advisers
Work to improve and document processes and procedures impacting the company
Handling ad hoc projects
Requirements:
At least 5 years relevant experience in financial industry
Experience of coping with Audit, negotiation with partners
Completed ACCA/HKICPA is preferable
Good team player, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, detail minded
Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Ability of leading, teaching subordinates as manager
