Job Description
Job content is Finance & Accounting in charge of the Hong Kong office and coordinating with the affiliated companies in Asian countries
- Preparation of financial statements for the company
・Bank fund management, acquisition of balance certificates, reconciliation
・Recording of various related expenses in the system, etc., and handling of monthly settlement of accounts
・Payroll, MPF, and payment for Hong Kong employees
- Preparation of the company's consolidated financial statements (Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Singapore)
- Accounting audit correspondence, maintenance and storage of accounting books
- Fund management (payment scrutiny, payment data creation by online banking, payment scrutiny, deposit management, etc.)
- Responding to concerns about the financial results of affiliated companies (Shenzhen, Shanghai, Singapore)
- Taiwan office payroll, fund management, and online banking payment
- Report to the Japan headquarters about data content, etc.
- Ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・At least 5 years of accounting experience and preferably work experience as an accounting manager
・Being capable of creating consolidated financial statements
・Native Cantonese speaker and business level of English and Mandarin
・Stable person with good communication skills to coordinate with other parties.
・Experienced in Japanese companies or willing to adapt to Japanese company's working culture.
