Our client, a Japanese lending company which is the subsidery of one of the biggest Financial company in Japan, is looking for a suitable candidate with the following requirements:
[Job Duties]
-Report and assist to Accounts & admin manager in Cantonese
-Responsible for full spectrum of accounting, admin and human resources management
-Provide advice and support to business partners on all staff related issues.
-Review, formulate and implement company policies and procedures and ensure they are in compliance with legal requirements and aligned with the business strategies
-Responsible for office security, facilities and administration
[Job Requirements]
- Work experience in financial industry is a must
-At least 5 years working experience in relevant field
- Hard working and patient
- Good command of Mandarin and English, Japanese skills will be advantage
