Our Client, a global industrial equipment company is now looking the candidate as below requirement -
Job Duties:
- •Perform full reception function in a professional manner
- •Responsible for general reception duties including greeting visitors, handling telephone calls, mailing services etc
- •Provide general administrative and clerical support to HR & Admin. department
- •Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- •Higher Diploma with 1 year relevant experience
- •Excellent telephone manner, greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- •Cheerful, good interpersonal skill, self-motivated, organized and attention to details
- •Good PC knowledge including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
- •Good command in Mandarin, English, conersational in Japanese speaking is required
- •Immediate available preferred
