Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Handling accounts payable invoices & bookkeeping
-Work closely with Sales & Marketing Team and clients on order processing
-Provide sales administrative and logistics support to Sales & Marketing Team
-Assist ad-hoc assignments by Sales & Marketing Team
-High efficiency and high accuracy in data entry
-Handle translation duties
Requirements:
-Degree / Higher Diploma Graduate
-Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
-Knowledge in Japanese is preferable
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Highly motivated with strong initiative and multi-tasking ability
-Proficient in computer application including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
-Immediate availability is preferred
