Job Description
Our client is one of the largest Japanese securities firm with business around the globe. They are now looking for an Administrative Assistant for their Dept Capital Markets (DCM) division with the following requirements:
Job Duties:
KYC support:
- Gather public and private information for potential clients
- Perform basic analysis (such as writing descriptive information and calculating simple ratios)
- Assist in preparing internal approval materials and following up with the process
- Translate (Chinese to English primarily) necessary supporting information
- Perform basic review of the documents (subject to the candidate’s relevant experience)
Administrative support:
- Manage travel bookings
- Handle internal administrative reporting
- Assist with supplies, telephone calls, marketing materials, etc
- Supporting other administrative matters in relation to the team’s marketing activities
Analyst Support
- Assist in preparing presentation materials, including translation from English to Chinese
- Update marketing database information
- Perform basic analytical tasks for marketing support
Requirements:
- University Graduate
- 2-3 years of experience in Banking or Finance field as Admin
- Reasonable numeric and analytical mindset
- Good, effective MS Powerpoint, Word and Excel skills
- Excellent in Mandarin and English reading, written and spoken skills
