Job Description
This European sourcing company has two decades’ history in Hong Kong, which has been their regional headquarters overseeing eight sourcing offices in Asia. Their regional IT team is seeking an analyst programmer:
Job Responsibilities
•Be a member of local development team supporting regional users and a member of global development team for global initiatives
•Provides support and maintenance of in-house systems to ensure service quality and execution of business processes smoothly
•Diagnose and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests to ensure timely resolution and quality deliverables
•Analyze user requirements and translate them into system requirements
•Design, develop, test, and deploy high quality solutions that meet business requirements and specification contributing to business competitiveness and operation efficiency
•Implement new system with user training and post implementation review
•Perform other activities and duties as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
•Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
•Over 5 years of relevant experience in MNC supporting overseas offices
•Proven experience in administration, support, development including workflow and web part on SharePoint
•Experience in T-SQL, .NET or C#, web and client/server application
•Experience in SQL Server Integration Services and SSRS
•Knowledge or experience in ERP system especially in Microsoft Dynamics AX will be an advantage
•Ability to follow corporate standards, existing methods and development platforms
•Ability to work proactively with minimal direction
•Ability to understand customer requirements and deliver applicable solutions in team work
•Ability to manage workload and time according to set deadlines
•Good communication skill in liaising with various levels of users and management
•Good in service provision attitude
•Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
