Our client, a Japanese department store is looking for an Assistance Buyer (Food):
Job Description
• Source and reach potential suppliers to source new products to provide diversify the product portfolio
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive prices and terms
• Responsible for budget control, outlet layout arrangement & merchandises display
• Coordinate with shores to conduct sales promotion activities
• Visit stores frequently for product inspection.
• Experience will be consider as Buyer (Food)
Requirements
• Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
• At least 1 year purchasing experience in food
• Working experience in chain-store operations will be advantage
• Good product sense toward food product such as grocery, fresh food, fish, bread, prepared food etc.
• Excellent communication skill with negotiation tactics
• Be numerate, self-motivated as well as customer focus mindset
• Able to work independently
• Good PC proficiency and MS Office
• Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
Additional Job Information
14,500 – 20,000 HKD ; (For Buyer – 21,000 – 22,000 HKD)
Mon - Friday 9 :00 - 18:00 (Flexible working hours)
