【Requirements】
・Good command of English and Japanese
・Fresh graduate is welcome
・Able to handle multi-tasks, detail minded
・Eager to learn new knowledge
・Presentable, Sociable, good communication skill and good team player
【Duties】
・To provide part of administrative support including hotel reservation for HQ staff, office renovation, document filing etc.
・To act as coordinator among departments (Sales & Marketing, Beauty Training, Logistics etc.) and ensure smooth operation of internal projects.
・To translate various materials from/to HQ (Japanese to Cantonese, Cantonese to Japanese)
・To interpret fromJapanese to Cantonese, from Cantonese to Japanese in internal meeting, TV meeting
・To handle any ad hoc duties
