<Job Responsibilities> • Monitor market situation and market trend, search, propose, and negotiate the best rental for new store locations • Conduct in-depth site analysis, market research, and cost benchmarking for lease renewal and new lease evaluation • Exchange of license application with the advisory company (new store opening) • Property contract check, document management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Diploma or above • At least 2 years of leasing experience gained from the F&B industry • Fluent in English and Chinese, Japanese ability is an advantage • Proficient in MS Office
