Requirements
- Working Experience: at least 1-2 years as finance institutional (NOT retail) sales staff of asset management company or bank.
- Experience in buy side of finance institutional (NOT sell side)
- Licenses Holder of Type 1, 4 is a must and Type 9 is preferable.
- Language: English & Mandarin (Speaking, Reading & Writing).
- Personality: Positive, Cheerful, Cooperative, Polite, Good conversation skill.
Responsibilities
- Help to get new clients
- Visit clients occasionally at Hong Kong and overseas
- Help MD to promote our investment and fund management services actively to new potential institutional clients (co work with MD);
- Actively search for new potential institutional clients from the market;
- Maintain good relationship with existing and potential institutional clients in professional financial institutions fields (such as Government, Central Bank, Corporates, Pension Fund, etc. in Hong Kong, South of China, Taiwan and Philippines);
- Respond to clients’ queries on portfolio/ product related matters;
- Establish good business relationship with investment consultant agencies such as Towers Watson, Russel, Mercer, etc.;
- Prepare Asian ex Japan proposal (RFP) documents and related marketing materials for Hong Kong and overseas clients;
- Liaise with portfolio managers on client portfolio review meetings and prepare portfolio review presentations;
- Distribute product/ market news, etc. to existing and potential clients;
- Other sales & marketing activities of Hong Kong office;
- Marketing coverage countries should be Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines and South of China and
- 60% in sales role and 40% in marketing role.
Package
- Salary: Annual Package: HK$ 350,000 per annum + Discretionary Bonus
