Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of professional secretarial and administrative support to senior management and Directors
- Booking of cars, hotels, air tickets and venues
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on meeting arrangements
- Prepare agenda, minutes, presentation materials and correspondence
- Prepare and maintain proper documentation, records and files
- Responsible for preparing expenses reimbursements
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc events and duties as and when needed
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in related disciplines
- Good command of both written and oral Japanese and English
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in multi-cultural working environment and serving senior executive
- Can work in flexible working hours and under pressure, as well as travelling overseas
- Knowledge in basic accounting is an advantage
- Presentable, energetic, independent, outgoing, self-motivated and devoted
- Prioritized, detail-oriented, energetic with good organizational and communication skills
- Multiple tasking, able to prioritize tasks and discretion in handling confidential information
