The Position
Our Client has approximately 140 professionals across various divisions to support the professional services provided to our clients and was awarded as a Caring Company in 2014 by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service in recognition of our responsibility and commitment for the employees, community and environment Its' Corporate Services Division provides accounting, company secretarial, payroll and treasury services to our clients, whereby you will have the opportunities to learn about the various business entities, business environment, regulatory system, and laws in different jurisdiction. This position will work with a small team of professional staff to provide professional company secretarial services to our clients.
Your Responsibilities
- All company secretarial matters including setting up of companies in different jurisdictions, compliance on statutory filings, preparation of minutes and winding up of companies
- Non statutory matters such as due diligence on clients and opening of bank accounts
- Liasion with clients independently
- Other ad hoc projects and tasks
- to coach and supervisor junior staff
Who we are looking for:
- Japanese speaking is a MUST
- Minimum of 8 years’ of relevant experience in company secretarial field or relevant experience
- Bachelor Degree/ diploma holder in business administration/corporate governance or equivalent
- Independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, outspoken, keen to learn, able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skills
- Candidate with less experience will also be considered
