Job Description
1. Providing secretarial support to top management
2. Guest and VIP reception and arrangement (hotel, restaurant, car, air-ticket arrangement)
3. Daily operation management (hotel, restaurant, car, air-ticket) based on the company regulations
4. Handling translation requests, and preparing management meeting document including statistic analysis
5. Providing administrative and clerical support when necessary
6. Supporting in vendor management
Requirements:
1. University graduate, formal secretarial training is an advantage
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience gained from sizable companies
3. Excellent command in written and spoken English and Japanese
4. Good PC skills in MS Office
5. Attentive to details, be able to work independently
6. Good team player and with ability to guide the team to enhance operating efficiency, self-motivated, good interpersonal skill and deadline oriented
Salary Range: HK$20K-25K/month
