Our client, a Japanese electronic trading company, is now looking for the following candidate
Job requirements:
・at least 1 years relevant working experience
・Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
・Good communication skills, able to work independently and pay attention to detail
・Good command of English
・Consider new graduated
Job duties:
・Responsible for arranging delivery schedule, orders and stock.
・Handle documents; invoice, tracking lists, import&export application etc.
・Communicate with internal, external, vendors and forwarder agents to arrange shipping schedule
• Assist in any ad hoc duties
