Our client, is a securities group listed in Shanghai Stock, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their expanding team:
Responsibilities
•Take a leader role to provide a full spectrum of corporate finance assignments, including IPO, financial advisory on M&A, Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code related transactions and fund raising exercises.
•Manage and cooperate with various professional parties in execution of transactions including client relationship management, drafting of documentations, conducting due diligence as well as liaising with all regulatory authorities.
•Assessing potential deals by market research, valuation analysis and financial modeling.
•Provide on-going support for maintaining relationship with clients and business partners.
Requirements
•Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Laws or related discipline.
•Existing Responsible Officer with Takeovers Code License is preferred.
•Minimum 10 years of working experience relevant to corporate finance, in particular, financial advisory on M&A, Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code related transactions.
•Good portfolio and connections in capital market of Hong Kong and PRC.
•Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
•Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skill.
•Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
