Job Description
My client, a leading securities and investment management firm, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their expanding team:
Responsibilities
- Mainly focus on IPO Projects
- Involve in a wide arrange of corporate finance transactions.
- Fully participate in the due diligence and execution processes.
- Prepare financial analysis, feasibility studies, listing documents and presentations.
- Communicate with clients, professional parties and regulators.
Requirements:
- Professional qualification and/ or university degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of related working knowledge in the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes.
- Self-motivated, a good team player and willing to travel occasionally.
- Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese preferred.
- (Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Manager)
