Credit Control Team Leader

Our client, a consumer finance company, is looking for Credit Control Team Leader with following requirements.

【Responsibilities】

・To manage credit control and collection of customer

・To make calls to customers for collecting overdue payments

・To monitor and follow up overdue accounts

・To manage and train team staffs (about 10 staffs)

・To handle any ad hoc duties

【Requirements】

・Good command of English and Mandarin. Conversation level of Japanese

・Over 3 years relevant experience is must.

・Experience of managing staffs is not must but advantage

・Good communication skill, stable and sincere
