<Job Responsibilities>
• Provide CS support to the FX platform users by phone and email
• Create and maintain good relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
• Assist in account opening to meet the company’s targets.
• Attend company training
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 1 year of CS experience preferred
• Fresh graduates welcome
• Fluent in Japanese (N2 or above), English and Chinese, non-Japanese speakers will also be considered
• Able to work shift (Mon-Fri)
• Proficient in MS Office
