Our client is a well-established Japan-based electronic parts and components manufacturer with factories in China & Asia. They have an opening for a
Japanese speaking customer service executive:
Responsibilities:
•Prepare quotations and invoices for clients
•Handle client’s enquiries
•Issue order to factories in Japan, China, South Asia
•Order follow-up, data processing, delivery arrangement and shipping document preparation
•Check and negotiate delivery schedules between clients and suppliers
•Prepare related shipping document and report
•Prepare forecast
•Meet with clients and factories
•Handle declaration
•Handle defective products
•Prepare monthly report
•Assist in any ad hoc duties
Requirements:
•F.6 or above
•At least 2 years’ experience in production and order liaison
•Experience in electronics/manufacturing industry is an advantage.
•Fluent spoken and written Japanese- Level N2 or above as well as good command of English and Mandarin
•Good communication and interpersonal skill
•Independent, proactive, self-motivated and good team player
•Flexible and willing to travel to China and other countries as necessary
•Good PC knowledge in MS Office, e.g. MSWord, Excel, Powerpoint etc
•Experience and knowledge in Tradelink for shipping is necessary
