Customer Service Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
•Manage all day-to-day sales related operations
•Assist in marketing and sales related promotions
•Assist manage in supervising a customer service team
•Handle enquires and complaint
•Cooperate with logistic team
Job Requirements:
•Diploma or above
•Fluent Japanese speaking ( N1 Level)
•Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and mandarin.
•Good Japanese typing
•4-6 years related working experience
