Our client, a leading system integrator was established in 1990 providing total IT solutions to the International Banking, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing & Across All Industries. They are now seeking a IT talent to join their team.
Customer Support Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage a technical team on both Project implementation and after-sales support tasks.
- Trouble shooting for end-user IT network, Infrastructure and system.
- Handle customer complaints and evaluate quality and performance of all IT Infrastructure and provide recommendations for Improvement regularly.
Requirement :
- Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing large-scale IT Infrastructure projects with IT support,
troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Environments including Server (XP/7/2003/2008/2012, MS Office)
- 3+ years of managerial experience in leading a team to support IT infrastructure and IT
solutions
- Solid experience in Server, VM, Network, IT Security & Email etc. solutions
- Solid experience in system administration support
- Proficiency in Windows Server, UNIX, Linux, Mac OS X and relevant network knowledge
- MCSA/MCTS, MCSE or MCP, CCNP, CCNA certification is an advantage
- Project Management skill (PMP) is an advantage
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
- Japanese language skill is highly prefer but not a must.
- Mandarin language skill is a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Self-motivated, eager to explore/learn new technology
- Quick learner with good adaptability
