Job Description
My client is actively looking for a Deputy Credit Manager / Assistant Credit Manager in their expanding team. Headquartered in Japan and with about 60 years experience in the Financial Industry, this company is a public company which operates in many countries in the world.
Responsibilities:
- Review and approval credit application for Vehicle Finance and loan products
- Perform credit analysis and provide support to credit authority for higher level approvals
- Lead a team of credit officers and drive various business initiatives
- Identity gaps for enhancements to strengthen approval process and provide better service delivery and turnaround time
- Formulate and fine tune credit policies in relation to customer due diligence, assessments and credit approval
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in credit approval
- Strong leadership, people management and analytical skills
- Mature, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
