Our client, well-established Chinese securities conglomerate, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their expanding team:
Responsibilities
As a RO Type 9 - Director, you will be responsible for:
•Overall supervision of fund operation to ensure the compliance with the Company policies, statutory rules and regulations.
•Coordinating with internal stakeholders to implement business/investment decisions
•Participating in marketing, client servicing activities and product development.
•Ensuring daily operations in compliance with HKSFC regulations.
•Helping in establishing and strengthening internal operation flows to improve work efficiency.
Requirements
•Bachelor Degree in Finance or related disciplines.
•Minimum of 8-year experience in Asset Management/Fund Operation management.
•Previous experience in setting up new asset management platform in Hong Kong with PRC background entity is highly preferable.
•Good in handling compliance matters for fund houses.
•MUST be registered under SFC RA 4 & 9 type license as Responsible Officer.
•Team player, cheerful personality with strong sense of responsibility.
•Complete fluency in English and Mandarin.
