Job Responsibilities
- Manage discovery phase with Project Stakeholders
- Understand customer activity, business and process and help customer to define their business needs and objectives.
- Understand the e-commerce solutions’ ability and limitation to help customer to refine their requirements according to technical complexity.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications / user stories / wireframes.
- Make sure the project objectives are clearly define and realistic, and communicated to the internal team
- Advice customer on the best practice related to e-commerce.
- Follow-up on the project delivery with Project manager to make sure the delivered work is according to Project objectives.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Fluent Japanese or Korean is a plus)
- Experience in Website or Software technical engineering.
- Experienced in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Ajax and optimizing MySQL
- Experience in Website or Software business requirement analysis
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with e-commerce is a plus
- Experience with Magento, Demandware or Hybris is a plus.
