Our client, a Japanese sizable IT company, is looking for suitable candidates with the following requirements:
Requirements
· At least 1 year relevant experience in engineering field
· System administration experience on MS and Linux platforms are preferred
· Good command of English
· With CCNP, CCNA certifications is preferred
Responsibilities
· Provide technical support (including IT solution/ service/installation) to customers
· Be responsible for troubleshooting for enquiries regarding software, hardware and network
· Assist in any ad hoc projects
