Duties
- Business strategy analysis and Business development planning
- Originating, screening, structuring and executing private equity growth/expansion investments
- Researching, Due Delligence for the new business investment and development
- Monitoring and executing investment projects
- Targeting potential companies, making proposals, negotiating business partnership, Setting up Joint Venture, Business Due Diligence
- Experience in Investment Banking field or Private Equity firm in more than 5 years
- Experience in abve duties
- Business level of Mandarin and English
- Japanese is an advantage
