My client, a leading Chinese securities company, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their expanding team
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions.
- Provide general administrative supports.
- Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Human Resource or Business Administration
- At least 5 - 8 years relevant working experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
- Experience in Flex HR System is preferred
- Excellent command of spoken Mandarin is a MUST.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Must be a good team player, proactive, capable of multi-tasking with a can do working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Hands-on experience in HR Management in Mainland China is preferred.
