Job Description
- Provide full support in all-round Human Resources & Administration functions;
- Lead the whole recruitment cycle and explore new channels to support operation needs;
- Oversee the onboard a& offboard of employees, ensure the positive and smooth process;
- Manage the performance appraisal process and interact with employees in a positive manner;
- Participate in the payroll process to make sure accurate calculation;
- Assist in developing new HR projects such as salary review, HR system, training programme and etc.;
- Support the department with various administrative function, and;
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or other related discipline;
- 3 years’ experience in Human Resources & Admin functions, experience in retail recruitment will be an advantage;
- Good command of English and Chinese, with knowledge in Japanese is an advantage (But not a must);
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Mature, good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
