Duties:
- Manage and monitor all aspects of human resources functions including staff recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits and training & development
- Plan, develop, implement and review training and development policies. Analyze training programs to meet the company’s needs
- Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects when required
- Business trip to South East and other overseas branches.
