Job Description
Our client, a Japanese famous electronics company, is now looking for the following staff -
Responsibilities
・To provide efficient operational support and technical services to users
・To perform system administration and management, security configuration, server maintenance, OA machines (supported by head quarter)
・To Provide end user support
・ Able to handle general office administration matters with strong interpersonal and coordination skills
・Provide household and personal secretarial services and support to top management
・Manage chairman 's schedule and arrange travel schedule, meeting and coordination
・Support ad-hoc tasks when required
Requirements
・Minimum 3 years’ hands-on working experience in relevant work.
・Hands-on experience in providing It support to end user
・Good command in spoken and written English or Japanese.
・Good team player, good communication skills, be able to work independently.
