<Job Responsibilities> -Work closely with operation divisions and IT to drive digital transformation -Provide functional and technical expertise including, solution design, project management, business process improvement -Collaborate with team members to manage the application development, system integration and trouble-shooting -Adhoc Duties <業務内容> -各運用部門およびIT部門と協力して社内のデジタル分野を推進する -課題解決に向けて、設計～プロジェクト管理～ビジネスプロセスの改善など、プロジェクト管理 -チームメンバーと協力して、アプリケーション開発、システム統合、トラブルシューティングの管理 -その他関連する業務
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > -Minimum 2 years experience of IT field *Experience in IT project lifecycle and implementation, especially RPA projects -Good command of English -Diploma or above in Computer Science or related. -Previous experience in logistics industry would be an advantage -Knowledge or experience in logistic / supply chain / auto-ID industries is an advantage -Highly communicative, well organized and able to work efficiently in tight timeline -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills <必須要件/経験> -IT分野の最低2年の経験 * ITプロジェクトの導入と実装、特にRPAプロジェクトの経験のある方が望ましい -英語が堪能（ローカルスタッフとのコミュニケーションで使用） -コンピュータサイエンスまたは近しい分野での課程を終了した方 -物流業界での業界経験者（尚可） -ロジスティクス/サプライチェーン/オートID業界の知識または経験（尚可） -コミュニケーション能力が高く、厳しい納期でも効率的に作業できる -優れた問題解決能力と分析力
