Job Description
Our client, a Japanese financial service company is now looking for the following staff -
Responsibilities
- To perform problem determination on in-house application
- To assist development for internal new projects and existing services enhancements
- To provide support services for Firewall, Network Switches, MS Windows Office applications and other hardware and software applications
- To provide efficient operational support and technical services to users
- To perform system administration and management, security configuration, server maintenance and housekeeping
- To Provide technical and consultative advice and training to users
- Support ad-hoc tasks when required
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on working experience in Information Technology
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows Server and Linux based system.
- Familiar with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, Ajax, VB Script, VBA, etc
- Experience in Joomla, EDM distribution will be an advantage
- Knowledge in VMware Server and Microsoft Exchange Server will be an asset.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
- A good team player with ability to work independently coupled with good communications skill.
- Proactive, energetic, willing to learn, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good command in spoken and written English
