Job Description
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Accounting or, Finance
- The ability to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast paced work environment by being flexible
- Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision
- Ability to work efficiently / productively and hands-on
- Mature, detailed and organized, highly independent, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
- Strong at problem solving and can communicate very well with the team.
- Good command in written and spoken of Japanese, English and Cantonese.
- Familiar with computerized accounting system and Microsoft applications
- Experiences in Retail industries is a bonus
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting functions.
- Prepare monthly management and accounting reports, budgets and forecasts on a timely basis
- Manage the budgets of the Hong Kong office and the stores
- Liaise with external auditors for the annual audit
- Support basic human resources duties and administrative work for the office and the store staff
- Perform ad-hoc works assigned by the office manager.
