Job Description
Our client, a famous Japanese trading of electronics company is now looking for the following talent to fulfill their elite team -
Duties
- Responsible for full set of account and daily accounting operation
- Prepare the management reports, financial reports and consolidated financial statement to Japan Headquarter
- Ensure policies and procedures are in accordance with Accounting standards and requirements
- Preparation of financial report, and admin tasks such as AL/SL management, visa application, purchasing office stuffs, booking hotels/air tickets for customers/expats.
- Liaise with external auditor and banker
- Ad hoc project
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent with ACCA / CPA qualification will be an advantage
- Min 8 years solid accounting experience with min 3 years managerial experience
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Japanese (N2 or above)
- Mature, good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Handle payroll/MPF/Attendance and administrative tasks
- Report to GM and MD
- Business trip to PRC (1-2 times per month)
