This position is to support and handle a wide range of administrative duties.

<Job Responsibilities>
・General affairs-related duties ( expats arrangement, business trip arrangement about hotels and flight tickets and so on)
・Human resources-related duties(Personnel evaluation summary, HR meeting schedule arrangement and so on)
・Management report about debt from customers
・Accounting audit response(hand over and answer response to relevant personnel)
・Ad hoc duties
・総務管理業務(駐在員、出張者に関わるホテル、フライト手配等のアレンジメント等)
・人事関連業務(人事考課とりまとめ、MTGスケジュール調整、資料作成等)
・お客様の債権レポートの管理
・会計監査対応(質疑応答内容を相応する従業員への連絡、応答係)
・その他関連業務
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・At least 3 years of work experiences in any industries
・Business level of English, Mandarin and Japanese
・Good communication skill and can work independently
・Proficient in MS (Excel)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Immediately available is preferred
