Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese and good command of English and Mandarin
- At least 1 year working experience in office administration or guest services is an advantage
- Immediately available
- To handle Japanese incoming calls from hotline system and provide professional customer service to them
- To act as the communication channels between team members and representatives of business partners
- To handle customers’ enquiries in form of mail, telephone and other channels
- To act as translator
- To handle any ad hoc duties
