Our Client, a famous Japanese Retail/ trading company is looking for below talent to fulfill their team -
Requirements
- Degree holder in relevant disciplines;
- At least 5 years working experience;
- Experience in retail business preferred;
- Passionate, team player, detail-minded;
- Strong communication skills with team and external parties;
- Excellent command in English & Chinese, Japanese is an advantage;
- Proficiency in MS office Applications;
- Willing to travel;
- Immediately available preferably.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement sales strategies to drive the sales and achieve business targets;
- Monitor and manage the daily operation of the shop;
- Lead and supervise front line sales team;
- Manage budget, promotion plan and advertising;
- Support marketing activities including events, exhibitions, promotional campaigns;
- Provide training and coaching to enhance the team performance and service standard;
- In charge new store / counter set up and renovation projects;
- Attend overeas exhibitions and assist the department head in purchasing new stocks.
