Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
-カスタマーサポート業務全般(対応は全て日本語)
-日本にいる顧客からの注文やお問合せ対応(主にメール中心)
-受発注業務、納期管理、在庫管理(倉庫担当者との連絡調整を含む)
-その他 資料作成(月次売上集計など)

-General customer support operations (all correspondence is Japanese)
-Responding to orders and inquiries from customers in Japan (mainly by e-mail)
-Ordering operations, delivery date management, inventory management (including communication and coordination with warehouse personnel)
-Preparation of other materials (monthly sales aggregation, etc.)

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・基本的なPCスキル(Excel必須)
・2年以上のカスタマーサポート経験がある方(日系企業での経験者優
遇)
・香港で就業可能なビザをお持ちの方
・真面目で、協調性のある方
・長期的に安定して働く意欲のある方

・Basic PC skills (Excel required)
・More than 2 years of customer support experience (experienced actor at a Japanese company)
