- Client's company trip arrangements
*Reservation and ticketing operations using dedicated airline ticket reservation terminals
- Hotel reservations
- Customer visa application arrangements (document preparation, etc.)
- Settlement (invoice issuance, etc.)
- Ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Work experience in any industries (travel agency experience is highly advantageous)
・Business level of English skill and Native level of Cantonese skill
・Business level of Japanese skill (N1 or above) however, if you are experienced in travel agency industry, we will consider even if you don't have Japanese language skill.
・Good communication skill
・Proficient MS office skill
