Responsibilities
- To handle inquiries from phone calls,emails, filing documents,
- To prepare documentations
- To support the presentation for the customers
- booking hotels,restaurants,meeting rooms
- Assist in any ad hoc duties assigned
Requirement
- Over 2 years working experience.Personal Assistant /Secretary field is preferable
- Good communication skill,Cheerful
- Good command of Japanese,Mandarin and English.
