<Job Responsibilities>
• Handles customer inquiries and complaints from different channels (Live chat, Email, Letter) regarding all activities in the e-Wallet platform operation
• Perform comprehensive KYC and Client Due Diligence for corporate and institutional clients, ensuring accurate data input and smooth account opening processes
• Reports problems, potential crises, and complaints to the supervisor for service improvement
• Maintain good customer relationships and promote company services
• Collect clients’ feedback on user interface experience and report to the team manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 2 years of desk work experience gained from a Japanese company
• Fluent in English and Chinese, conversational Japanese (JLPT N2)
• Proficient in MS Office
