Requirements
- Good command of Japanese, English and Mandarin
- Around 3years working experience, preferably in Japanese company/ in customer service field
- Familiar with SNS and Web
- Interpersonal skill
Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from customers from overseas through email,SNS and Chat
- Responsible for web site and web-based applications design, development, maintenance, implementation
- Liaise with other branches in Asia Pacific
- Assist in other ad hoc duties
