・Provide excellent customer service in person and by phone, instant messaging and email
・Interpretation and translation from/to Japanese and Cantonese
・Booking arrangements
・Prepare monthly reports and manage records.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
・Good communication and interpersonal skills
・At least 4 years of customer service in retail industry
・Business level of Japanese and English
