Job Description
Duties
- Assist in sales executives to handle orders received from customers, invoicing to customers and arrange shipment to customers within their specific time schedule.
- issue purchase order to suppliers, arrange and monitor shipment schedules
- assist sales executives to solve problems of customers regarding to our goods.
Requirement:
- DSE or equivalent or above
- Proficiency in command of English and Mandarin, with good Japanese speaking
- At least 1 year relevant working experience
- Independent, Organized, self-motivated and hardworking
- Good computer literacy
