They are seeking a candidate for Japan business.
Customer Service Officer (Japanese Speaking)
Key responsibilities
● Provide customer service to customer from Japan to handle all customer enquiry emails / phone.
● Coordinate with production and logistics department
● Regular check and update via social network to monitor customer feedback
Requirement
● Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related disciplines;
● At least 2 years in Customer Service experience is prefer.
● Business level written and verbal proficiency in both Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N2 or above, native Japanese speaker is a plus) and English
● Experience in ecommerce and logistics industry is highly regarded
● Creative, understand the Internet and consumer behavior
● Proficient in Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and Tumblr
● Social media experience and search marketing are advantageous but not compulsory
