Our cleint, a leading Wealth Management Service, with a strong Japanese client base, they are now seeking a Japanese Speaking Customer Services Officer for developing and implementing strategies and to follow up referral business / sales order.
Customer Service Officer (Japanese Speaking)
Key responsibility
- Assist Business Manager to handle clients or business partners’ enquiries
- Translating documents from Japanese to Chinese / English
- Prepare seminar for Business Development Manager such as Power Point, Marketing Research...etc.
- Assist on ad hoc jobs
Requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency Test – Level 1 or 2) plus either English/ Chinese;
- Willing to learn and hard working;
- Good servicing manner, Patient, initiative.
- 1 to 2 years of Customer service / Hospitality / Finance / Insurance experience is an advantage.
- Passed IIQE Exam is an advantage but not a must.
Salary: $12K - $14K x 12 + Discretionary Bonus
Other Benefit: Medical, MPF, AL = 10 day, SL = 1 day per month after probation.
