Job Description
Our client: one of the famous Japanese Logistics & Warehouse service company is now looking for Japanese speaking Customer Support.
[Job Duty]
- To assist Sales Team and Manager in customer relationships
- To liaise with Japanese customers and local warehouses
- To support translation and interpreting for the operation
-To correspond to each enquiries by email/phone from customers
-To ensure stock management and efficient supply chain
[Requirements]
- Good command in spoken and written in both Japanese and Mandarin (English & Cantonese are also must)
- Some relative working experiences in logistics, supply chain management, warehouse, cargo business
- To possess relevant knowledge regard to shipping, custom, distributing must be advantage
- Detail minded personality, cooperative and teamwork mindset.
[Benefit]
20-25K/month,
Double Pay + Bonus,
