<Job Responsibilities>
・Perform remittance support, email & live chat support (no need phone call)
・Support Japanese clients account opening (KYC)
・Use the internal system to carry out the deposit/withdrawal process
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree or above
・At least 1 year of work experience in using Business Japanese preferred
・FRESH GRADUATES WELCOME
・Fluent in Japanese(JPLT N1), English, and Chinese
・Proficient in Keigo (Writing & Speaking)
・Proficient in MS Office
